I’m Katarina—but you can call me Kat. As a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach, and Practitioner, I help people break past obstacles and take a sustainable, thoughtful approach to transforming their health.

I’ve worked with many individuals who are ready to prioritize their well-being but feel stuck—unsure where to start or frustrated by past attempts that didn’t stick.
